Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using BitBit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
Description of Service
BitBit is a mobile application that provides Swift and iOS development courses through interactive lessons, quizzes, and coding examples. The service is available on iOS and Android devices and is designed to help users learn programming concepts at their own pace.
Account Registration
You may need to create an account to access certain features of BitBit. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscriptions & Billing
BitBit offers the following access tiers:
- Free tier: Access to the complete Swift Basics course at no cost.
- Premium plans: Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly subscription options that unlock all courses and premium content.
Please note the following regarding subscriptions:
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies.
- Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price changes, and the new pricing will apply at the start of the next billing cycle following the notice.
Intellectual Property
All course content, code examples, illustrations, animations, and app design are the exclusive property of BitBit and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any part of the application or its content without prior written consent.
User Conduct
By using BitBit, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application or any part of it.
- Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single account.
- Use any content from BitBit for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
- Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
Limitation of Liability
BitBit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the application.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to BitBit in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to BitBit at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in conduct that we consider harmful to the service or other users.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the use of BitBit shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised terms within the application. Your continued use of BitBit after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
